Welcome to a space where asking for help is okay, failure is a gift, change is an opportunity, and your story is a superpower.

My inner child would thank me for it. Maybe yours will, too.

How it Started

How to Fck Up Well began in the aftermath of a turning point—the morning after I was laid off from an executive role at a fast-growing, VC-backed tech company, I found myself standing on a mountain trying to catch my breath. I wasn’t inspired or relieved. I was exhausted, angry, and carrying the pressure to “handle it gracefully” while everything underneath felt uncertain.

In the months that followed, I realized the role hadn’t just ended—it had required me to override my values to succeed. Once I saw that, I couldn’t unsee it. So I rebuilt (my business, frameworks, standards, voice, and sense of agency) not to prove anything, but to ensure I would never again participate in work that demanded self-erasure as the price of success. That rebuilding became the foundation of How to Fck Up Well: a coaching studio rooted in regenerative capacity, emotional integrity, and leadership that supports the whole person.

My Experience

I’m an executive coach, business advisor, and former brand executive who helps high-performing women and gender-expansive folks lead with clarity, credibility, and emotional integrity.

Through my practice, How to Fck Up Well, I partner with multidisciplinary leaders across tech, media, finance, and advertising to design businesses, careers, and communication systems that scale without self-sacrifice.

Before coaching, I spent 10+ years working alongside early-stage, disruptive startups and creative agencies—building brand ecosystems, advising founders, and navigating the pressure-cooker environments where leadership either sharpens or breaks you. That experience taught me how to map patterns, decode power dynamics, and turn complexity into momentum.

But some of my most formative lessons came earlier, growing up as a “restaurant kid,” where I watched my parents create a space where people felt seen, fed, and safe. It’s where I learned to read a room, resolve tension, and lead through intuition and care—skills I now bring into every client relationship.

Today, I support leaders who are ambitious and self-aware. The ones who want to grow revenue, visibility, and voice, without absorbing all the emotional labor alone. I help them navigate high-stakes decisions, clarify their leadership, and build systems that actually work for the lives they want to lead.

Alongside my coaching practice, I co-host Self-Centered, a narrative docuseries-style podcast exploring how culture, technology, and power shape self-relationship—and how deeper self-knowledge helps us challenge the systems around us. I also write Where Light Lives, a Substack illuminating bright spots in women’s health, equity, and business impact, and mentor girls and young women through Step Up.

My belief? Self-respecting leaders build better businesses, and those companies help shift business, culture, and leadership for the better.
