I founded How to Fck Up Well as a leadership and coaching studio for women who are ready to step into bolder roles, scale their influence, and build businesses that don’t require self-sacrifice as the cost of success. My clients include founders, senior executives, and high-performing creatives across tech, media, finance, and advertising—women who think expansively, lead intuitively, and want to build systems that actually support human flourishing.

My approach to leadership didn’t start in a boardroom; it started in my family’s restaurant.

I grew up watching my parents create a space where people felt seen, fed, and safe. Behind the scenes, I learned how to read a room, resolve tension, and tend to others before they asked. That early exposure to emotional labor and entrepreneurial grit became the foundation for how I operate today: as a strategic mirror, bridge-builder, and systems architect for women carrying both ambition and responsibility.

Before launching my practice, I spent over a decade leading brand and marketing strategy across B2B and B2C companies—from early-stage startups to global platforms. I worked closely with founders, executive teams, and creative leaders to turn messy ideas into bold moves and design values-driven ecosystems that grow with intention.

What makes my work different is the way I blend emotional intelligence with structural strategy. I don’t just help clients perform better.
